Tenderers will be required to provide a muti disciplinary service to carry out general building works including mechanical and electrical elements, generally arising due to unforseen circumstances (eg accidents, breakdown, vandalism and emergency situations) and to carry out urgent repairs. Work is reactive in nature and may be required at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire Council region. Elemental works inlcude Pumbing, Joinery, Glazing, Roofing, General Labour, Painting, Plastering, Brickwork, Gas Fitting, Electrical and Drain Clearing.
