B)
The Authority reserves the right to purchase the [name of product(s)/title of tender] for delivery into the Trust via a third party such as a neutral wholesaler or other distributer. The third party will be required to maintain appropriate stocks such as to provide a 99% service level for delivery to the Trust next day and in accordance with the Authority’s delivery requirements.
Therefore following Contract award, the Contractor will be required to enter into an agreement with such third party as required to meet the above requirement and this should be cost neutral to the Authority.
