The University is looking to set up a framework agreement for the supply and installation of audio visual equipment. We are engaged in a rolling refurbishment program covering around 200 rooms in 19 buildings, ranging from new buildings to Grade 2 listed. Our preferred solutions incorporate equipment from NEC & Crestron.
The contract term is 3 years with a possible 1 year extension. The framework will be split into two lots.
Lot 1 is for large installations, for projects estimated at a value of over 25k GBP. This will include installations into new and existing buildings and can be room upgrades or complete new installations.
Lot 2 is for small installations under 25k GBP.
Suppliers can apply for multiple lots.
Full project management will be required on lot 1 and may be required on lot 2.
A full Pre-qualification process will need to be completed. Successful suppliers will be appointed as framework suppliers who will be given the opportunity to quote under mini tender exercise for relevant projects as and when required’.
