Selwood Housing is looking to select appropriately experienced and qualified Providers to enter into a Framework Agreement with the following Lots:
Lot 1 — Employer’s Agents;
Lot 2 — Architects and Planning Consultants.
The Authority proposes to include 5 or more Providers for each of the above Lots.
The framework will be for 4 years commencing in January 2017.
The procurement is being conducted under the restricted procedure and the PQQ is available to all interested economic operators to download from the Selwood Housing website using the stated URL.
The closing deadline for the receipt of PQQs is 13:00 on 3.8.2016.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
Selwood Housing Society Limited (Selwood Housing) is procuring this framework agreement and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Employer’s Agents in order to establish a framework arrangement of technical construction consultants who will support Selwood Housing in our procurement of the design, construction, completion and commissioning of mixed-use housing developments as well as in relation to their refurbishment and planned maintenance projects. Consultancy services may also be required for works procured pursuant to development agreements.
