The Trust wishes to establish a framework for construction consultancy services that will be required by the Trust in various locations throughout North, West Yorkshire and East Riding. The Trust is seeking expressions of interests from suitably experienced and qualified consultants to be included as framework partners. The proposed Framework Agreement will be in divided into 9 Lots as detailed below in Annex B. Full details of the services required under each Lot will be provided in the PQQ.

VI.3)Additional information
The Trust is setting up the framework for the benefit of itself and other organisations within its group in existence now and in the future. The deadline for expressions of interest is 4.1.2012. A PQQ will be dispatched from the 16 December 2011. All consultants wishing to obtain a PQQ must submit a request by e-mail to the contact detailed at section I.1 of the PQQ and must state FCPQQ in the header of the e-mail only. Please note that any requests which fail to insert FCPQQ within the subject field of the e-mail will not be picked up by the Trust’s automatic response system and as such will not receive a PQQ.
Please note that the Trust’s offices are closed from 17:00 on 23 December and will re open on 3.1.2012 at 9:00, all queries submitted during that period will be responded to on or after 3.1.2012. All PQQs must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions by 19.1.2012.
Tenders and all supporting documentation must be priced in sterling. Acceptance of a consultant onto a framework agreement by the Trust is not a guarantee of any work, or continuity of work. The Trust is under no obligation to place all or any services required under the framework agreement.
Any agreement entered into will be governed by English law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The Trust is not liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest in tendering for this opportunity.
The Trust reserves the right to terminate the procurement process (or part of it), to change the basis of the procedures for the procurement process or to suspend the process at any time.
