In addition the successful contractor(s) will be required to supply the furniture for the new Blackpool Council Offices (Bickerstaffe House) will be a new purpose built building comprising general office areas, storage, meeting rooms, rest and breakout areas. There will also be associated administrative and public areas. It is anticipated that the office will cover between 3 and 4 floors and accommodate desking space for approximately 750 desks (which may increase/ decrease).
