The Service Provider will be required to offer three separate architectural practices of varying sizes and capabilities to work holistically with the other core service consultants for individual projects. One architectural practice will be responsible for developing the detailed masterplan. In addition, all three architectural practices are required to be capable of delivering a wide range of new office, commercial and light industrial buildings in terms of size, style and quality.

The Service Provider will enter into a Framework Agreement with CGDL. The Framework Agreement will identify the form of contract to be adopted for the call-off contracts.
