Ultimately we aspire to develop all colleagues to be leaders and role models to others. We have a structured approach and are actively involved to ensure leaders actively engage with colleagues, customers, stakeholders, suppliers and our partners, including the wider community. Leadership engagement is championed by each Director which extends to our wider FTPE family in the form of strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
We are keen to extend the leadership development opportunities available to our colleagues and further define what good looks like. We are looking for support for such services as defined. Our overall target is for our colleagues to be empowered to lead as normal behaviour on a consistent basis throughout our family.
