Fusion21 is developing a framework for the provision of building and asset improvement works to current and prospective members estate portfolios. Geared towards SME capability this framework will provide a flexible and efficient procurement solution for Fusion21 members (including but not exclusive to property owners in the housing, education, health, local and central government sectors) to save money and generate social value. The framework is split between 9 separate lots that include:
1) Kitchens and bathrooms;
2) Windows and doors;
3) Fire doors;
4) Communal entrance doors;
5) Pitched roofing;
6) Flat roofing;
7) Electrical works;
8) Multi trade internal works;
9) Multi trade external works.
