The Fusion21 Education Modular Buildings Framework has been designed specifically to help the education sector provide cost effective and sustainable learning environments, the new framework has 4 lots including: Lot 1: Hire of Modular Buildings — Temporary Accommodation; Lot 2: Modular Construction with a value of up to 750 000 GBP; Lot 3: Modular Construction with a value between 750 000 GBP and 3 000 000 GBP; and Lot 4: Modular Construction worth 3 000 000 GBP and over. Fusion21 are seeking multiple and single supply partners dependent on the Lots as outlined in this Notice and the ITT.

The OJEU Notice states that a maximum of 6 Framework Partners will be selected — this is a maximum of 6 for each geographical region in LOTS 1 and 2 only.
For Lots 3 and 4 Fusion21 is seeking 1 Framework Partner for each geographical region (there are no limits on which regions / lots bidders can tender for or be awarded).
