Description of the contract

Norwich City Council is seeking a supplier with a community-based or social enterprise focus and who have experience of working with local volunteers or community representatives to provide a gardening service. The gardening service offers assistance to tenants who are unable to maintain their gardens due to physical or mental health issues, a disability or long term ill-health. The term of the contract willbe up to 5 years and the selected supplier will be expected to pay all of their staff at least the national minimum living wage – currently £7.65 per hour.
