LMH will be looking for a provider who can provide the same high level of service as part of a seamless arrangement maintaining the highest standard of professional integrity, customer care, reliability, accuracy and value for money. The successful provider will be expected to aspire to the visions and values of LMH.
The successful provider will most likely be an organisation who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of dealing with a wide range of Housing services.
Auditing work will be a mix of post inspection visits and accompanied visits with our contractor’s engineers.
The provider will be required to arrange and confirm their own appointments in advance by letter with individual tenants, and confirm the visit on the day by telephone.
Estimated value excluding VAT: 450 000 GBP
