Description of the contract

The successful provider will be expected to provide (a) a hard hitting diagnosis and analysis on issues preventing the most talented people succeeding in the Civil Service at G7 level and above, and (b) a set of specific actions on how to improve gender diversity at senior levels that will form the basis of a new Diversity Strategy to be published in March 2014 and a refreshed Talent Strategy. Please note that this Notice is NOT for a new requirement, but is for the same requirement as published earlier. The only change is the change of date for the deadline of tenders to be received.

If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for Crown Commercial Service eSourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.
