Description of the contract
The successful provider will be expected to provide (a) a hard hitting diagnosis and analysis on issues preventing the most talented people succeeding in the Civil Service at G7 level and above, and (b) a set of specific actions on how to improve gender diversity at senior levels that will form the basis of a new Diversity Strategy to be published in March 2014 and a refreshed Talent Strategy. Please note that this Notice is NOT for a new requirement, but is for the same requirement as published earlier. The only change is the change of date for the deadline of tenders to be received.
