Suppliers should also note that Merseytravel is the operating name of the Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive and Merseyside Integrated Transport Authority. The legal body entering into the contract is the Merseyside Passenger Transport Executive, but it is expected that the Integrated Transport Authority will draw down from the Framework Agreement.
