Description of the goods or services requiredName: General maintenance work to Council Premises on Tiree & Coll. Description: General reactive and planned maintenance work of several trades comprising Builder, Joiner, Rot works, Roofing Works, Plaster Works, Floor wall and ceiling Finishings, Decoration, Electrical, Plumbing, Heating distribution and emitters to small installations, Emergency Lighting , as carried out to the properties listed in Property List attachment (Specifically excluded are: Gas Services/ Boilers, legionella, CCTV Installations, Lift Installations, Mechanical Ventilation, Sound systems, Working with Asbestos, Bat ecology, IT Services and Time clock systems, Swimming pool plant, Generators, Sprinkler systems, Door access control, Intruder alarms, Fire alarm installations, TV Video and Telecom, Heating distribution and emitters to commercial installations .) Larger: Reactive Maintenance/Capital Works/Planned Maintenance works: This contract may also cover all trades alteration and improvement works to a maximum value of £25,000.00 for any single order. The inclusion of such works shall be at the clients discretion and no guarantee of any value of capital works is given or implied within the contract. Quotes for such work shall be requested by the Client and provided by the Contractor. No guarantee is given that the quotes provided will be accepted or instructed. The Client may request a breakdown of any quote showing costs, overheads and profit. Quotes must be all inclusive and complete the works in there entirety.
