The University of Northampton recently restructured its central functions into five professional services departments, which in turn serve the University’s six schools.
A diagnostic exercise to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of these functions and their leverage into schools will be complete by the end of March. The next two stages will be the Blueprint and Implementation Stages which will need to be completed by the end of July 2012.
Due to the size and nature of the consultancy required the University invites tenders for the next two stages of work. Applicants will be provided with guidance from the original successful diagnostic consultation at the tender stage.
