Blackpool Council wishes to invite to tender suitably experienced and equipped organisations interested in providing two advocacy services that provide a mixture of case specific generic advocacy and self advocacy for people with a learning disability. The services will deliver improved health and wellbeing, promote independence, will be personalised, meet peoples diverse needs, are socially inclusive and safeguard vulnerable adults.

(c) has not been convicted of an offence concerning his professional conduct by a judgment which has the force of res judicata (i.e. a matter which has already been conclusively decided by a court).
