Title
Global Ambitions – Entrepreneur Networking Framework Agreement
2.2
Description of the goods or services required
Highlands and Islands Enterprise is working in collaboration with Scottish Enterprise to deliver a high value programme of entrepreneurship support to ambitious entrepreneurs and businesses in Scotland.
Consequently they require a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a set programme of networking events in Scotland to bring together the Entrepreneurship Programme Alumni (those who have participated on MIT Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP), Entrepreneurship Masterclass or Leadership for Growth activities in the past), along with individuals who have been through the Saltire Fellowship http://www.saltirefoundation.com/fellowship/ , RSE Enterprise http://www.royalsoced.org.uk/636_ScottishEnterprise.html or Industrial Fellowship programmes from across Scotland. These individuals have already been heavily invested in and supported by HIE/SE to develop their entrepreneurial skills and growth potential. They are founders or are part of the senior executive team of high growth innovation driven businesses. We want them to continue to move up a gear, become more innovative and realise their growth potential. The intention in supporting opportunities for this subset of ambitious entrepreneurs is to increase their network, continue their entrepreneurial learning, skill development and knowledge exchange opportunities by creating a sustainable network that inspires, energises and supports their growth ambitions.
This Framework is not simply about event organisation, but is about providing a high quality service to support a strong, facilitated network of entrepreneurs through a programme of events that are expertly directed by someone with experience in this field.
