The University of Aberdeen wishes to invite tenders for the provision of combined academic robe and photography services.
Each year seventeen graduation ceremonies take place annually in the University of Aberdeen’s Elphinstone Hall on campus in Old Aberdeen. It is important to the University that the Supplier appointed is able to manage both elements of the service in a seamless and coordinated way and we’re seeking a firm with appropriate experience and skills to do this.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The University of Aberdeen will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period following electronic notification to unsuccessful applicants of the award decision. An economic operator that suffers, or risks suffering, loss or damage attributable to a breach of duty under the Public Contracts (Scotland) regulations 2006 may bring proceedings in the Sheriff Court or the Court of Session.
