The University of Warwick is pleased to invite potential suppliers of creative and graphic design services to take part in a tender exercise in order to become a preferred supplier to the University. We are seeking to establish a framework agreement with multiple suppliers to provide creative solutions and concepts that reflect the University’s corporate branding, vision and values and elevates the University’s position in the UK and global HE sectors.
The framework is split into 2 lots:
— Lot 1 — Creative Services;
— Lot 2 — Design Services.
It is envisaged that we will appoint up to 3 suppliers to lot 1 creative services and up to 8 suppliers on lot 2 design services. Suppliers are able to bid for one or 1 lots as desired.
Suppliers will work across the University on delivering both high level creative concept development and functional, effective design, within brand guidelines to meet specified objectives. We are very keen to work with an array of suppliers including local, small and medium sized companies.

1)Short description

Lot 1 is for the provision of full creative services. Working to an agreed creative brief the Supplier shall provide creative services across a wide variety of projects to support the University’s recruitment and commercial objectives.
The Supplier will push the boundaries of our brand and help us to create a real buzz about the University of Warwick. The Supplier shall think strategically and deliver genuinely creative and inspirational concepts, which can be applied to cross-channel campaigns. The Supplier will not be producing all of the collateral for campaigns, but they will need to transfer assets and guidance to the designers who will do this for the University.

1)Short description

Lot 2 is for the provision of design services. Working to an agreed brief the Supplier shall provide design services across a wide variety of projects.
The Supplier shall deliver high quality design solutions that elevate our brand and sub-brands to the next level. The Supplier shall be equally comfortable with creating powerful designs from pre-agreed creative concepts and coming up with campaign concepts of their own. The Supplier shall be a technical expert, producing innovative solutions across print and digital channels, based on comprehensive briefs, often within challenging time-frames.
