We are looking for an agency partner to work closely with the internal team in the development and execution of the Marketing Strategy. The agency will be able to demonstrate: a capacity for strategic thinking, using customer insight and market research to drive both brand and campaign planning; excellence in creating advertising and marketing concepts that can help the University to stand out from its competitors; experience of and expertise in developing concepts across numerous traditional and digital media channels; a proven ability to deliver brand advertising and direct marketing campaigns online and offline; a focus on outcomes, from response rates to ROI; competitive pricing for work undertaken and a strong customer service ethic encompassing account management, advice and an honest approach to challenging our thinking.
Lot 2: Digital Marketing:
We are seeking an agency with specialist knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques. The agency will be able to demonstrate: creative excellence in the digital media, working within stringent accessibility guidelines to create impactful digital artwork; strategic and thought leadership on developing social media channels and maximising measurable returns from them; competitive pricing for work undertaken: the flexibility to take a concept and develop it to work in the digital arena; and a strong customer service ethic encompassing account management, advice and an honest approach to challenging our thinking.
Please note that web/microsite design is beyond the scope of this framework.
Lot 3: Design Services:

The scope of this Lot will require agencies to demonstrate excellence in developing and working within brand guidelines and will comprise, for example: corporate literature (including prospectuses); advertisements; point-of-sale materials; brochures; direct marketing assets and other printed materials.
