Carrying out ground maintenance to the following areas on the Associations developments:
— Grass and turf areas.
— Shrubs, hedges and specimen trees.
— Herbaceous and ornamental beds.
— Planters and hanging baskets.
The works will be split into 2 Contracts:
a) Edinburgh,which will include Midlothian and East Lothian (48 No. Developments).
b) Fife (7 No. Developments.
The Contracts will be on the basis of letting the contracts for 1 (one) year with the option, at the sole discretion of
the Client, to extend the contract for a possible further 3 (three) years, by one or more extensions of whatever
period(s) the Client specifies.
