Golding Homes is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the provision of grounds maintenance services. The services will be provided under a JCT Contract for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years. A Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 is being used appoint a single service provider to deliver the services. Under the first stage, prospective service providers should complete and submit a selection questionnaire and its associated appendices. Following evaluation of submitted selection questionnaires, Golding Homes anticipates short listing a maximum of 5 service providers to be invited to tender under the second stage of the procedure. Golding Homes reserves the right to increase or decrease this by 1 or 2 if scores are closely placed around the cut off point. The services will be provided under a JCT Contract for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend by up to a further 2 years.
Golding Homes is following a 2-stage Restricted procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to appoint a single service provider to deliver the services. Under the first stage of the process, prospective service providers should complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices.
