The successful tenderer will also be required to carry out winter pruning of shrubs within the grounds of the above sites and maintain lawn edges. There are currently approximately 320 individual gardens currently being maintained by WPH, however this figure may change as individual circumstances change. This contract includes for the maintenance of the grass in such properties which is to be cut 14 times per annum, plus hedges, where applicable, which are cut 3 times per annum. Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The Contracting Authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers, it having previously notified them of the information specified in regulation 32 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) this including the reasons for its decision and the characteristics and relative advantages of the successful tender.
