In order to support delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent seeks 2 contractor(s) to deliver high-quality comprehensive grounds maintenance services across 2 lots of roughly equal size and value in Yorkshire.
The successful contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high-quality grounds maintenance services.
For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider contractor(s) who either already have, or are willing to establish a base of operations no more than 20 miles from any of sites within the lot(s) being bid for. This geographic requirement is justified to respond effectively in the event of inclement weather, for example for snow clearing services.
