Home Group is seeking to set up a Grounds Maintenance NW framework under which eligible bodies can procure Grounds Maintenance services. The scope of call-offs may vary and will cover the NW of England only.
Providers must have the ability to support all areas of Cumbria.
Providers must have the ability to provide the following services as a minimum:
Grass cutting;
Maintenance of footpath grass and herbage areas;
Garage site maintenance (vegetation areas);
Winter inspections;
Roadside edging;
Hedge maintenance;
Planting;
Pruning;
Winter Salt and Grit supply;
Cleansing of hard landscaped areas (including litter collection);
Bonfire clearances;
Void garden clearances;
Playground inspections;
Fencing repairs.
