Maintenance of grounds within the University of Sunderland and associated sites. The University grounds have been attractively landscaped historically with a mix of herbaceous, shrub and flower beds (approximately 17 000 m2), together with well maintained grassed areas (approximately 44 500 m2). There are also individual trees and groups of trees (approximately 614 No ), hedges (approximately 605 m2) and development plots (approximately 71 000 m2)
The scope of works includes grass cutting, planting, pruning, weed control and other associated horticultural services.
