The Contract also covers a range of associated services to include site cleanliness to EPA Litter Code, hard and soft landscaping, and snow clearance.

Certification to be provided by accredited institutions or agencies. Contact names and addresses of 3 large sites are to be provided, ideally within the healthcare environment that would be prepared to act as referees on the tenderers behalf, specifically with regards to providing the services detailed.
