Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver its grounds and gardens site maintenance for the Wexham Park site and the Heatherwood Hospital site. The Contract also covers a range of associated services to include site cleanliness to EPA Litter Code, hard and soft landscaping, and snow clearance.

The Contract also covers a range of associated services to include site cleanliness to EPA Litter Code, hard and soft landscaping, and snow clearance.

Description of particular conditions: Satisfactory delivery compliance with appropriate British and environmental standards, as outlined in the tender documentation which must include BS4428, General Landscape Operations Sections 7 and 8, and BS3936 (nursery stock) or similar. Certification to be provided by accredited institutions or agencies. Contact names and addresses of 3 large sites are to be provided, ideally within the healthcare environment that would be prepared to act as referees on the tenderers behalf, specifically with regards to providing the services detailed.
