We require a contractor to deliver redevelopment and restoration works, including site preparation, groundworks and the possibility of creating a habitat creation at the Pentonhook site. The current anticipated start date for the works is December 2014, however this is subject to planning approval. There is a large volume of material to be excavated from the site, which includes formerly river dredged materials with the potiential for significant aggregate recovery.
