The contract would be for a 3 year period with a right to extend on an annual basis.The Authority has set out minimum requirements for the PQQ selection stage.Bidders who do not meet the minimum requirements at that stage will not have their tenders considered further.

Gwynedd Council is a partner in the North Wales Residual Waste Treatment Project which are procuring a 25 year residual waste treatment solution .This solution is expected to be operational 2017/18.
The issue of this Invitation to tender in no way commits the Authority to award any agreement pursuant to the tender process. The Authority is not bound to accept the lowest price or any tender.

Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
