A Pre-qualification Questionnaire will be issued to all interested economic operators that respond within the time limit at section IV.3.4) detailing the requirements and information to be provided in relation to the economic operators technical capacity.

IV.1.2)Limitations on the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all interested economic operators that respond within the time limit at section IV.3.4) detailing the conditions for participation and the financial, economic and technical information required by the Authority. The responses received by the Authority to the Pre-qualification Questionnaire will be assessed to determine qualification pursuant to Regulation 23 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012, financial standing and technical capacity as described in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. Please note there will be two Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, one covering lot 1 Hard FM Services and one covering lot 2 Soft FM Services. The envisaged number of operators to qualify for the tender stage will be 5 per lot.
