This procurement project is being conducted to select long term contractors to deliver the specialist services to enable the Council to meet its statutory compliance maintenance obligations, through a bundled service delivery model. In this model, the FM Service will have contracts for provision of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services (planned preventative maintenance, statutory maintenance, reactive repairs and projects) that will support the management of the Council’s operational estate.
