Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust is seeking a reputable hard facilities management service provider with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building fabric and minor project works, for their estate, which includes but is not limited to, one acute hospital, five community properties and 3 leased warehouses.
