Runnymede Borough Council and its subsidiary companies RBC Investments Surrey Ltd and RBC Services (Addlestone One) Ltd, the ‘Authority’ is progressing with an ambitious commercial portfolio acquisition and development programme.
It is seeking to procure Hard, Soft FM Services and Managed Services.
The initial portfolio of assets that the Council is procuring services for are:
1. Chiswick Green — Office building
2. Egham Business Park — Multi let industrial estate
3. Addlestone One — Town centre retail and leisure development scheme.
Item 1 will form the basis of the initial contract award and further call off task orders for items 2 and 3 is expected to follow during the duration of the contract.
The appointed Supplier will be required to enter into a contract directly with the Authority, or its subsidiaries, for a term of 5 years plus option to renew for a further term of up to 3 years.
