2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Southside Housing Association are a registered social landlord which manages and maintains properties including Traditional Tenement and New Build flat blocks as well as Four in a Block properties located in the Pollockshields, Shawlands and Cardonald areas of Glasgow.

The works shall comprise the routine planned maintenance and reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas belonging to the Association.

It should be noted that it is the Associations intention to carry out a staggered handover of this work to their concierge services over the 3 year contract period and the works shall subsequently be reduced in scope by approximately 17% every 6 months. The approximate cost of the contract shown within this advert reflects this.
