H21 is completing a tendering exercise to select suppliers for hard wire testing services, while H21 is a national provider of retirement and extra care housing this tendering opportunity allows for county bids to be submitted.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

This will be a 2 stage restricted tender process. The first stage will be a supplier questionnaire that will need to be completed using the Delta portal, post submission an evaluation panel will be required to evaluate the submissions and the shortlisted suppliers will be invited to take part in the ITT.

Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:

Section 9 of the supplier questionnaire details pass/fail and scored questions, the evaluation will review the overall score of each of the suppliers and determine suppliers to be shortlisted to the ITT stage of the process.

Housing 21 may appoint (up to) 10 contractors nationally across all counties as detailed in document 8. H21 may use its discretion to determine how many suppliers are selected per region.
