The Birmingham Children’s Trust wishes to establish a contract for the provision of health and safety services to conduct site inspections considering factors that include hazards associated to the work activity, potential impacts and sensitivity of the location; considering past experiences with the type of work or location; considering the findings from the initial inspection; following a reported accident/incident if safety services are alerted. The contract will last for 3 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract) with the provision to extend for up to an additional 2 years subject to requirements and satisfactory performance. The contract will be awarded to one successful provider.
