The basic principles of the restricted procurement route will be followed for this procurement to test the capacity, capability and technical competence of Tenderers in accordance with Part B regime of The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended). Regulation 120 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provides for a temporary exemption for NHS healthcare procurements before 18.4.2016.
NECS is utilising an electronic tendering system to manage this Invitation to Participate and communicate with potential providers.
