The Company are seeking to award a contract to more than one entity that can provide the training services. It is anticipated that lots will be awarded in accordance with the details provided below Partial tender bids will be considered in connection with this project. Applicants may also wish to consider the formation of a Consortium or Joint Venture (JV) and in this case a condition of the Pre-Qualification process is that all members shall have Joint and Several Liability. However the Company reserves the right to award to a single entity should it so desire following conclusion of the tender assessment stage.

Interested parties required to e-mail: beccy.purcell@uuplc.co.uk once they have downloaded the document and have decided to participate. This is so we can provide any updates as a result of any clarification questions that could alter the pre-qualification exercise.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: UUW will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations (SI 2005 No 6) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
