Access to the contract will be on a first come first served basis, therefore once the upper range of the contract value stated in the OJEU has been reached the contract will be closed to other South East Seven Partnership authorities joining. The Council gives no guarantee or commitment as to the initial and future value of any work arising from this contract.
The anticipated value of the contract is approximately GBP 300 000 per annum for West Sussex County Council alone. The contract value could rise from GBP 300 000 to GBP 900 000 per annum should South East Seven Partnership authorities wish to access the contract.
The range provided in the OJEU notice is based on the potential total value of the contract over 7 years. The figures given should not be taken as the available budget, they are provided for the purposes of the OJEU notice only.

Section VI: Complementary information
The Council intends to hold a Bidders’ Briefing meeting after publication of the ITT documentation. This session will not form part of the tender itself but will be used to allow the Bidders to resolve any questions about the Council’s Specification, the procurement documents and the procurement process.
The date set for the Bidder Briefing is 29.11.2013, 10:00 to 12:00, Norfolk room, Edes House, County Hall, Chichester. Bidders are asked to attend with no more than two representatives from their organisation and notify West Sussex of attendees. You must confirm the attendees (name and status) by 25.11.2013 in order for WSCC to make arrangements for the briefing.
The contract is for an initial period of 3 years, and may be extended depending on on-going need, budget availability and contract performance up to a maximum period of 4 years, a total contract term of 7 years.
