The Welsh Government is procuring a contractor to manage and deliver the independent assessment process for the Corporate Health Standard (CHS) and Small Workplace Health Award (SWHA). This should be undertaken in a robust, fair and consistent manner in each workplace that is engaged in the CHS/SWHA across Wales.

Healthy Working Wales is a Welsh Government programme delivered by Public Health Wales, which aims to:
— improve health and well-being at work,
— reduce the impact of ill-health at work,
— encourage early intervention to rehabilitate those who have become ill or injured.
The programme helps employers, and individuals to support working-age people in Wales to stay fit and healthy so they can remain in employment, or return to work following a period of ill health. The programme consists of a range of services which help to improve organisational performance and reduce the costs and burden of ill health and absence.
