Hertsmere Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as the Council) is seeking to enter into a contract for cleaning services. To include:

1. Office Cleaning (including supply of consumables:

a. Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood;

b. Bushey Museum, Art Gallery and Offices, Rudolph Road, Bushey;

c. Cranborne Waste Depot, Cranborne Industrial Estate, Potters Bar;

d. Drainage Services Depot, Meadow Way, Borehamwood;

2. Seasonal Pavilion Cleaning (Optional);

3. External Cleaning around various estate related properties, window cleaning, weed spraying and sanitary disposal.
