Derbyshire County Council (Adult Care), in partnership with Derby City Council, is inviting tenders from suitably experienced organisations for the provision of high risk serious offenders accommodation based housing related support services.
The services will cover the geographical boundaries of Derbyshire and of the City of Derby.

II.2.1)Total quantity or scope:

The tender will be for two lots. Tenderers can apply for one lot or both but the two services must be capable of standing alone. There will be separate contracts held with the two Local Authorities.
There will be one lot covering the geographical boundaries of the County of Derbyshire excluding Derby City and one lot for Derby City.
Lot 1 County of Derbyshire – maximum annual contract value of 109, 424.
Lot 2 City of Derby – maximum annual contract value of 85, 200.
The contracts will run for two years plus the option to extend for an additional three x one year periods, subject to: continuation of funding, appropraite approvals, satisfactory provder performance, the needs of the Council and price.
