The provision of a ‘Contract Lift’ under Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998. A mobile crane support service in support of NIE departments wishing to load and off load equipment, material, and major plant i.e. transformers and other large electrical equipment by means of a mobile heavy lifting crane. This requirement is not for the hire of cranes but to provide the complete service. The requirement is not for the hire of cranes but to provide an Appointed person and Riggersman/Banksman and any plans or technical drawing associated with the execution of the task. The successful contractor/s will be able to provide Quality Assurance and comply with the relevant Regulations and H&S Legislation with the Operation of Mobile Crane Support Service.
This work is completed at numerous sites across Northern Ireland.
