Historic England wishes to appoint a panel of firms capable of providing quality advice and services across a broad spectrum of types of legal work, including particularly:
– Planning law — with an emphasis on the law relating to the historic built environment planning enquiry work and possible heritage crime casework such as prosecutions
– Property law — particularly all aspects of property management including general residential commercial and agricultural letting and licensing as well as knowledge of specialist areas such as guardianship property held on trust and Crown Estate property
– Commercial –a wide range of contracts, licenses, etc
– Procurement
– Intellectual Property –including IT, trademarks, software and data protection
– Employment and Pensions
– Defendant Personal Injury
– Commercial Litigation
– Construction
– Charity
– Judicial Review
– Tax Law
The Framework will last for four years from 1.9.2017.
