Reducing the rate of sexually transmitted infections and HIV, reducing the prevalence of undiagnosed HIV and STIs and improving health and social care services for people living with HIV and STIs are the key public health outcomes of our local sexual health strategies.
City of Bradford MDC with its commissioning partners (NHS Wakefield District and NHS North Yorkshire and York) seeks to commission suitably qualified providers to deliver Health and Wellbeing Support Services for People Living with HIV (Lot 1); and HIV Prevention Services for High Risk Groups (Lot 2). Providers will deliver work to people living and affected by HIV and AIDS and target evidence based HIV prevention services to MSM, young people, BME communities and sex workers as the key target groups.
Submissions are welcome from organisations who wish to either deliver Lot 1 or Lot 2 or Lot 1 and Lot 2 combined. Therefore providers must be able to demonstrate how they will deliver these services across this large area that varies in need, demography and geography.
