Sefton Council is prepared to receive tenders for a managed service for the provision of home improvements, major (lot 1) and minor (lot 2) adaptations and a handyperson service (lot 3), which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package. The Contract period will be 1.10.2012 to 30.9.2015 with 2 x 1yr extension options.
