The Home Office is seeking to engage with experienced organisations who can provide the following services internationally:
1) strategic advice and specialist support,
2) programme delivery support,
3) training,
4) interpretation and translation,
5) FM, logistics and security.
Services 1-3 above require expertise in the following thematic areas:
(a) policing and rule of law,
(b) fire and resilience,
(c) cyber security,
(d) borders, migration and asylum,
(e) national risk and resilience.
This prior information notice is not a call for competition. The Home Office is conducting a market engagement exercise and invites interested parties to participate. High level details and timescales of this exercise can be found in section II.2.4) of this notice. Full details of the requirements and the market engagement process are available in the ‘Information Pack’ on the Home Office eSourcing tool (Jaggaer). Information on how to access this can be found in section VI.3) of this notice.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The ICT wishes to explore the market capabilities and appetite for the services listed in this notice, with the view to conduct a procurement(s) tailored to the market offerings and interest and contract with one or more providers to deliver the future service needs. Participation in this market engagement exercise is voluntary. Non-participation will not preclude any party or organisation from taking part in any later competition which the Home Office may conduct.
The proposed structure of this market engagement exercise will be as follows:
— initial engagement and questionnaire (from date of this notice until 20 May 2020),
— dialogue: w/c 8 June 2020 (subject to availability),
— industry day w/c 29 June 2020.
Dates for dialogue and industry day will be confirmed with interested parties who register as per instructions in section VI.3) of this notice.

The contracting department within the Home Office is the Office for Security and Countering Terrorism (OSCT) and the information we need to distribute, is sensitive. For this reason the Home Office will require a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be completed by interested parties, before further information can be released on the requirements. Should the information provided within this notice be of interest to your organisation, please follow these steps:
