This procurement will be managed electronically via crown commercial service’s e-Sourcing Suite. To participate in this procurement, participants must first be registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the e-Sourcing Suite. This can be done online https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Registration for CCS e-Sourcing’. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by dun and bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at http:ccs.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/i-am-supplier/respond-tender
It should be noted that it can take up to 10 days for dun and bradstreet to respond with a duns number. Suppliers wishing to participate in the procurement activity are required to complete a non-disclosure agreement, which can be found in the notice attachments and the level of security clearance held by the lead contact. Once you have registered on the e-Sourcing Suite, a registered user can express an interest for a specific procurement. This is done by e-mailing HOSprocurement@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk, together with a signed non-disclosure agreement, any time up to, but not later than 10.7.2019 in order to ensure that they are assigned to the correct procurement. Your email should be entitled ‘Security Training Services — C16211’ and must clearly state; name and reference for the procurement you wish to register an interest in; the name of the registered supplier; and the name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. The email will be processed and then the buyer will enable the supplier to access the procurement online via the e-Sourcing Suite. The registered user will receive a notification e-mail to alert them once this has been done.
