Tenders may only be awarded a maximum of 2 lots from Lot 1 to Lot 19, subject to confirmation. All lead providers (Lot 1 to Lot 19 appointed providers) and up to 10 additional providers are to be appointed to the framework Lot 20. II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Council is proposing to move to a patch-based model dividing the borough into 13 geographical areas (patches) for specialist Homecare services.
Tender submission will be scored and ranked under each specialism as follows:
— older people and physical disability providers (Lots 1 to 13),
— specialist provider children’s homecare (Lots 14 to 15),
— specialist provider learning disabilities (Lots 16 to 17),
— specialist provider mental health (Lots 18 to 19).
The highest scoring organisation for each specialism will be awarded its preferred Lot(s).
In addition to the above there will be a borough wide Framework for all specialism (Lot 20). Individual care packages and Lots 1- 19 contracts will be awarded by way of a call-off contract. Additional information can be obtained from https://www.londontenders.org/

The Council anticipates appointing a maximum of 1 tenderer for each Lot 1 to Lot 13 and Lot 16 to Lot 19. The Council anticipates appointing a maximum of 2 tenderers for each Lot 14 to Lot 15. The Council will be using an open, 2-envelope process under the ‘Light Touch Regime’. Additional information can be obtained from https://www.londontenders.org/ The contracting authority reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the services at its sole discretion. The contracting authority shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with the contracting authority shall be incurred entirely at the applicants/tenderers risk.
